  3.     Acta2Idea will, I hope, convert Acta files to Idealiner outlines.
  4.     I wrote it quick, and I don't guarantee it; be sure to make a backup
  5.     of your data before you convert it.

  7.     Acta2Idea, unlike Dink2Idea, WILL cope with pictures.

  9.     Acta topics do not separate header and text; in a sense, they are
  10.     all one long header.  Acta2Idea will copy the first part of the
  11.     Acta text into the header (up to 40 characters, or to the first
  12.     carriage return).  If there is more text than that, then the ENTIRE
  13.     text will go into the section text (including what was copied into
  14.     the header); otherwise, the section text will be left blank.
